Cancer Diagnosis is very frightening. To learn that you or someone you love has cancer is a fearful time.  My first experience with a loved one being diagnosed with cancer was my husband. He was 48 years old with stomach cancer. Surgery was performed but he only lived a few weeks after that.  It was 8 years later when my brother, at the age of 58 passed away with a stomach cancer diagnosis.  The next year, which was 1994, my son-in-law died of cancer.  He was only 63 year old.
